Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with alternating Thursdays until 7 PM
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Prior optometry or medical office experience is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare field
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software
Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Scheduling appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verifying and explaining insurance benefits to patients
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects our high standards
- Handling multi-line phone systems to communicate with patients and staff
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support daily clinic operations
