Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- one plus years experience working in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and directions
- respond to all guest requests accurately and timely both in person and by phone
- resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to personalize the service experience for all guests
