The role of the Front Desk Receptionist is integral as the initial point of contact welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth and exceptional check-in and check-out experience. This position requires handling diverse guest needs professionally and courteously while upholding Four Seasons service excellence. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries about hotel amenities and services, responding swiftly to requests, and resolving any issues to elevate guest satisfaction. The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a personalized and warm environment that reflects the high standards of luxury hospitality that Four Seasons is known for.

We are looking for an individual who has at least one year of experience in a luxury hotel or a similar environment and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cross-cultural sensitivity and an orientation towards customer service are important attributes for this role, emphasizing the importance of understanding guest preferences and delivering tailored experiences.

Job Duties

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and directions
  • respond to all guest requests accurately and timely both in person and by phone
  • resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to personalize the service experience for all guests
