Job Requirements
- One to two years previous front office experience in luxury hotels preferred
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English
- Must be flexible with schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must provide work authorization document, proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America

Job Duties
- Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner using guest names when possible
- Assure guests are assigned requested room types and correct rates are charged
- Check out guests at end of stay, assure guest satisfaction, collect keys, post late charges and present bills
- Settle bills accurately via credit card or cash transactions
- Maintain balanced bank assigned by hotel, make change and exchange foreign currency, reconcile transactions after shifts
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, hours, key personnel, events, directions, concierge requests
- Use computer systems for check-ins and check-outs, run daily reports, input reservations, select and block rooms
- Communicate with internal personnel via radio, hotsos, teams and messenger application
- Assist in reservations and phone coverage as needed
- Work with guest services team to manage luggage, deliveries, and special requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
