Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming calls according to company policies with exceptional telephone skills
  • greet customers professionally and enthusiastically according to the greeting procedure to assist every guest
  • assist the service staff in contacting customers to perform follow-ups
  • take written messages from occupied personnel and notify them regarding pending messages as soon as possible
  • monitor and maintain front office inventory, ensuring supplies are fully stocked
  • schedule and confirm client appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and manage online booking systems
