Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace for document creation and management
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries as needed
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
  • Handle scheduling and appointment management using Google Workspace
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software
  • Assist with general office management duties, including filing, typing, and correspondence
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required
