Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

- Handle scheduling and appointment management using Google Workspace
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software
- Assist with general office management duties, including filing, typing, and correspondence
