Cliantha Research is a globally recognized Clinical Research Organization (CRO) headquartered in Ahmedabad, India with a strong international footprint including offices in the USA (Florida), Canada (Mississauga, Winnipeg, Scarborough), and Europe (Portugal). The company delivers comprehensive and integrated services across various phases of clinical research including Early Phase, Late Phase, Respiratory, Dermatology, Consumer Research, IVRT, Biometrics, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Services, and Environmental Exposure Chambers (EECs). Cliantha Research – North America is currently seeking a pleasant bi-lingual (Spanish and English) Front Desk Receptionist for their St. Petersburg location. This in-person role offers an hourly pay starting at $16.00 and comes with a competitive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact and the face of the company to all visitors, representing Cliantha’s welcoming and professional environment.

In this role, you will be entrusted with managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and fully stocked with necessary materials such as pens, forms, and paper. You will greet guests warmly as they arrive, respond to inquiries, and manage complaints appropriately to ensure visitor comfort and satisfaction. Handling all incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as needed, is a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for receiving and distributing letters and packages, preparing outgoing mail which includes drafting correspondence and securing parcels, as well as monitoring and replenishing office supplies.

Maintaining updated records and filing systems will be essential to keeping the office organized, along with checking, sorting, and forwarding emails efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset. A bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written, is mandatory to effectively communicate across diverse populations and support Cliantha’s broad client base. Familiarity with office machines and excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, are required to perform daily clerical tasks.

Job Duties
