Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
  • willingness to relocate to Matthews, NC before starting work
  • availability to work full-time in person at the Matthews location

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • excellent typing and clerical skills
  • strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
  • exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
