  • strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks

  • excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • effective calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules seamlessly
  • strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence
  • bilingual preferred, not required
  • ability to commute to Auburn, WA 98002
  • ability to relocate to Auburn, WA 98002 before starting work

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
  • manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • empathize, reassure, and resolve member concerns and questions
  • call to update billing information for members
  • offer basic membership upgrades
  • demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors
  • maintain and assist with cleanliness of facility
