- proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
- strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks
- sales, objection overcoming, booking experience
- excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- effective calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules seamlessly
- strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence
- bilingual preferred, not required
- ability to commute to Auburn, WA 98002
- ability to relocate to Auburn, WA 98002 before starting work

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
- manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
- empathize, reassure, and resolve member concerns and questions
- call to update billing information for members
- offer basic membership upgrades
- demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors
- maintain and assist with cleanliness of facility
