We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This vital role serves as the face of the club, meaning you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests warmly, managing inquiries sensitively and effectively, and maintaining the smooth flow of communication within the club. With shifts available in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, this role requires individuals who are reliable, personable, and adept at multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle member concerns with empathy and efficiency. You will assist in various administrative tasks such as updating billing information, handling membership inquiries and upgrades, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area. Proven experience in front desk operations or administrative roles is preferred, alongside proficiency in office management and clerical functions. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, although it is not a requirement.

  • proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence

Job Duties
