The role available is for a Front Desk Patient Relations Specialist, a position that goes beyond traditional front desk duties. This concierge-level role demands warmth, professionalism, and elevated service skills to ensure every patient interaction is memorable and positive. The individual will be the first and last impression patients receive, setting the tone for their entire experience at the practice. Responsibilities include welcoming patients warmly, managing scheduling and patient flow efficiently, and handling financial transactions with accuracy and clarity. This role calls for a poised and attentive presence, with a focus on creating a seamless, high-touch check-in and check-out experience.
In addition to operational tasks, the Specialist will anticipate patient needs, navigate sensitive situations with empathy and discretion, and maintain calm and organization even during fast-paced periods. The position requires collaboration with providers and staff to ensure a smooth patient journey from start to finish. Ideal candidates are naturally engaging, passionate about hospitality-level customer service, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at multitasking without losing attention to detail. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or related field preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- proficiency in phone and scheduling systems

Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, luxury service, medical aesthetics, or high-end customer service environments preferred
- prior front desk or patient coordination experience is a plus
