Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or related field preferred
- strong communication skills

- proficiency in phone and scheduling systems

Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, luxury service, medical aesthetics, or high-end customer service environments preferred
- prior front desk or patient coordination experience is a plus
- naturally warm, engaging, and polished communication skills
- passionate about customer service and hospitality-level experiences
- able to remain calm, solution-oriented, and gracious under pressure
- skilled at multitasking without sacrificing attention to detail
- emotionally intelligent with the ability to handle a variety of personalities and situations

Job Duties
- Welcome each patient with a warm, poised, and attentive presence
- create a seamless, high-touch check-in and check-out experience
- manage scheduling, phones, and patient flow with efficiency and grace
- coordinate patient departures, including reviewing services and processing payments with clarity and professionalism
- handle financial transactions accurately, including balances and product purchases
- anticipate patient needs and proactively enhance their experience
- navigate sensitive or challenging situations with empathy, discretion, and composure
- maintain a calm, organized presence in a fast-paced environment
- collaborate with a team of providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient journey
