The Little Lounge is South Tampa's newest indoor play space dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for young children and their families. As a vibrant addition to the Tampa community, The Little Lounge offers open play sessions, memberships, and birthday party hosting within a bright and cheerful space specifically designed to foster connection and community among families. We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to become a valued member of our growing team. This part-time position involves working approximately 15 to 25 hours per week, with required availability on weekends to support the various programs and events hosted at The Little Lounge. The receptionist's role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that makes our facility stand out. Responsibilities include greeting families upon arrival, checking them in for open play sessions and parties, processing payments and memberships via our POS system, and managing phone calls and customer inquiries. The Front Desk Receptionist also plays an active role in supporting event scheduling, assisting with daily operations, and keeping the facility clean and organized. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as this position serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported.
