Job Requirements
- high school degree
- available to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm with hours varying by office
- excellent communication and listening skills
- attention to detail and strong multi-tasking ability
- experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- medical office experience preferred

Job Duties
- assist patients with scheduling and registration using customized software
- submit authorizations
- answer patient phone calls
- collect payments and prepare deposits
- send correspondence to medical offices
- retrieve necessary equipment and paperwork for patients
- clean and prepare clinical areas
