Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- professional appearance and demeanor
- previous experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- provide basic information to clients and direct inquiries appropriately
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
