Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with various office administrative duties such as data entry and document preparation. The Front Desk Receptionist will also coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
  • provide basic information to clients and direct inquiries appropriately
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
