  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred
  • College degree is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees providing a professional and friendly experience
  • Manage a busy front desk greeting guests and handling inquiries
  • Check in clients, guests, and employees providing daily visitor badges to enter the office space
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage reports, track data, and communicate effectively
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area
