Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience
  • Experience using CRM or similar database systems
  • Comfortable operating standard office equipment such as scanner, printer, and phone systems

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and assisting visitors professionally
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate team members
  • Monitor, respond to, and manage company email communications
  • Enter and update client information within the CRM system
  • Scan, print, and file documents as needed
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
  • Help maintain organized daily office operations
