- experience in customer service or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Answer the phone and make appointments
- give tours
- check in/out boarders, daycare, and grooms
- answer questions about fees and policies
- call veterinary clinics for vaccination information
- call clients to remind them about appointments
- help pet owners with their pets
- record pet feeding, medication, elimination, and behavior
- provide pets with tender loving care
- perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility
