As a Front Desk Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors warmly and professionally, managing multi-line phone systems, handling incoming correspondence, maintaining appointment calendars, and supporting office management tasks such as supply inventory and basic bookkeeping.

Job Requirements

  • Education to high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • experience with office management tasks including calendar management, filing systems, and data entry
  • excellent phone etiquette with the ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently
  • bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
  • knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
  • strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
  • ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • personal assistant experience or familiarity with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally

  • support office management tasks such as supply inventory checks, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, and maintaining organized records
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries politely and resolving issues promptly
