Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven office experience or clerical background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and friendly demeanor
- Bilingual abilities preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven office experience or clerical background with a strong understanding of front desk operations
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook Google Workspace and general computer literacy
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in person or over the phone
- Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing data entry proofreading and calendar management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities preferred to enhance communication with diverse populations
Job Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism utilizing excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and route calls efficiently
- Maintain appointment calendars schedule meetings and coordinate calendar management for staff or executives
- Perform data entry filing and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory mail handling and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with administrative duties including typing correspondence managing Google Workspace documents and supporting customer support efforts
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to accommodate diverse clients or team members
