Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask
- proficiency with computer systems
- ability to work in person at Green Bay, WI location
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- proficiency in computer literacy is preferred
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Job Duties
- greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- manage incoming calls
- maintain an organized front desk area ensuring it is welcoming and tidy
- perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- assist with customer support by addressing guest concerns and providing information as needed
