Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office or receptionist roles preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain organization
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in-person at the specified location

Job Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry proofreading and general clerical tasks
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management tools such as QuickBooks or calendar management software
  • Previous experience in receptionist roles within law offices is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
  • Manage multi-line phone systems directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence emails and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
  • Maintain appointment calendars schedule meetings and coordinate calendar management for staff or executives
  • Perform data entry filing and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing reports managing files and supporting administrative projects as needed
