Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office or receptionist roles preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain organization
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in-person at the specified location
Job Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong computer literacy including data entry proofreading and general clerical tasks
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management tools such as QuickBooks or calendar management software
- Previous experience in receptionist roles within law offices is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
- Manage multi-line phone systems directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence emails and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
- Maintain appointment calendars schedule meetings and coordinate calendar management for staff or executives
- Perform data entry filing and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports managing files and supporting administrative projects as needed
