Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • ability to communicate clearly and politely
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • willingness to work in person
  • availability to work during office hours

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy
  • experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
  • bilingual abilities are a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately
  • manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and routing calls effectively
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
  • schedule appointments, confirm appointments
  • perform data entry, filing, billing with accuracy
  • provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and professionally
