We are currently seeking a highly energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our practice. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will have a variety of responsibilities that contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our office. This includes greeting patients warmly and determining their needs, managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism, scheduling and confirming appointments, performing accurate data entry and billing, as well as maintaining an organized and clean front desk area.

This is a paid, in-person position offering an hourly wage of $20.00 to $23.00, providing an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to develop and enhance their administrative and customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

  • willingness to work in person
  • availability to work during office hours

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy
  • experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices

  • strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
