The position offered is a part-time Customer Service Professional role, specifically for evening and weekend shifts. This role is crucial as it serves as the frontline point of contact for residents, staff, and guests, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming experience. The position requires a strong foundation in customer service and administrative abilities, with emphasis on proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and handling multi-line telephone switchboards. This role also involves managing critical administrative tasks such as maintaining organized resident lists, logging packages and mail, coordinating communication, and supporting seamless daily operations.

Job Duties
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Manage resident's list, alphabetically and by resident apartment
- Responsible for logging all resident packages and notifying residents of a package pick-up via notice
- Assure all mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail at the end of each day
- Sort and distribute all inter-office mail
