The Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant role at Caring Hands Learning Center is a pivotal position that acts as the initial contact point for parents, staff, and visitors. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or childcare role preferred
  • proficiency with computers and office software
  • ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and visitors
  • willingness to pass background check for childcare licensing
  • flexibility to work Monday through Friday
  • positive and professional attitude consistent with a childcare environment
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or childcare experience preferred
  • experience with Procare software preferred
  • knowledge of childcare food program documentation a plus
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • organized, reliable, and professional
  • comfortable using computers and office systems
  • must pass background check required for childcare licensing
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
