Job Description
Our eye care clinic is a thriving and welcoming establishment committed to providing exceptional vision care services to our community. We specialize in offering comprehensive eye exams and personalized patient care, blending a professional approach with a friendly and approachable environment. The clinic values teamwork, precision, and patient satisfaction above all, ensuring everyone who visits feels comfortable and well cared for. With a focus on growth and patient-centered service, our practice continually seeks dedicated professionals who share our passion for eye health and community wellness.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic and growing team. This position is vital as the first point of contact for patients, serving as the smiling face of our practice. The role involves greeting patients warmly, managing appointment scheduling efficiently, verifying insurance, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating with doctors and clinical staff. This part-time role offers between 24 to 32 hours per week, with requested working hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay range is $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Beyond the daily administrative duties, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in our patients’ lives by creating a welcoming and positive environment. Candidates should be naturally bubbly, outgoing, and passionate about helping others. The position requires strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting, excellent communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. While previous experience in a medical or optical office is a plus, it is not a requirement. Our team-oriented culture supports growth and professional development, making this an ideal position for those who are eager to build a career in health care administration and patient service. If you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a positive, energetic team dedicated to improving vision health, we encourage you to apply and bring your enthusiasm to our clinic.
