Established six years ago, the resort has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional customer service combined with high-quality care, all within a luxurious resort-style environment for pets. Currently operating as a single location, Bliss Pet Resort & Spa is on an exciting expansion path, set to open a second brand-new facility in the Lewisville Castle Hills area by the end of the year. Bliss Pet Resort & Spa is currently seeking two dynamic Front Desk Receptionists who possess a strong customer service background, proven upsales skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal as the front-line representation of the resort, responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate data entry of new and existing clients. The position requires an individual who is upbeat, extroverted, extremely organized, and can remain composed during busy times.

Working hours typically span Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., including rotating Saturdays from 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role may begin as part-time during the training phase and transition into full-time employment. Special consideration is given to candidates flexible with weekday and weekend schedules, especially during peak seasons, such as summer and major holidays. Additionally, after thorough training, certain responsibilities can be conducted remotely, including answering phones and administrative tasks from a home office setup.

Compensation for this role ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, complemented by a monthly sales bonus of up to $300. There is a significant emphasis on upselling and tracking new and existing customer inquiries, making this an ideal position for money-motivated individuals who have a passion for pets. Front Desk Receptionists will play a critical part in growing the business, acquiring new customers, and providing tours to showcase the luxury features of the resort.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of customer service experience
  • minimum one year of upselling or suggestive selling experience
  • minimum two years of reception or administrative experience
  • must have a home office with desk, computer, and printer for remote work
