Job Description
Serenity Healthcare is a pioneering healthcare provider dedicated to redefining mental wellness through innovative, evidence-based approaches. Centered on the belief that everyone deserves long-term success in their mental health journey, Serenity leverages recently released advanced medical devices, offering solutions even when traditional treatments have not yielded results. As a company at the forefront of healthcare technology, Serenity Healthcare is committed to creating a supportive, patient-focused environment where individuals can truly 'take back their lives.' This commitment extends across every level of their operations, from clinical care to the front desk reception welcoming patients every day.
Serenity Healthcare values people who bring energy, commitment, and genuine care to their work over formal healthcare experience. They understand that passion and a desire to help others form the foundation of meaningful healthcare service. For those looking to start or grow a career in healthcare, Serenity offers an inviting opportunity where you can learn, develop new skills, and make a tangible difference in the lives of others. They emphasize a team-oriented culture, where each member supports one another to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that patients and their families feel safe and supported in.
The role of the Front Desk Receptionist at Serenity Healthcare is a critical entry point into this life-changing work. As the first person patients meet, the receptionist sets the tone for their entire experience. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and an enthusiastic multitasker. The Front Desk Receptionist handles essential tasks such as greeting patients, managing appointment schedules, verifying patient information, and providing vital communication through phone and email. Beyond administrative duties, this role is about connecting authentically with patients, understanding their individual stories, and helping them feel seen and valued.
This is a part-time, consistent schedule opportunity with three 13-hour shifts per week, perfect for those who desire balance alongside a rewarding career. Serenity emphasizes growth, offering real career paths and ongoing skill-building opportunities. Employees also benefit from competitive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, with 90 percent of coverage costs paid by the employer, plus 10 paid holidays and paid time off starting at 10 days per year, increasing after the first year. Additional perks include a 401k retirement plan and employee referral rewards.
Serenity Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming qualified individuals from diverse backgrounds to join their team. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening, ensuring a safe and trusted environment for patients and staff alike. If you are eager to bring your hustle, heart, and dedication to meaningful work in a supportive, tech-forward healthcare company, the Front Desk Receptionist position at Serenity Healthcare offers a unique and fulfilling career path where your efforts truly make a difference.
