Bliss Pet Resort & Spa is a premier boutique dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility located in Prosper, Texas, just north of Frisco. Established six years ago, this family-owned business has created a luxurious resort atmosphere dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service and premium pet care. Bliss Pet Resort & Spa offers a range of services including dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training, catering to the needs of pet owners who want the best for their furry companions. The Front Desk Receptionist position at Bliss Pet Resort & Spa is a pivotal role responsible for the smooth operation of the resort’s front office. This role demands a strong background in customer service, excellent phone handling skills, and proven upselling capabilities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing client check-ins and check-outs for boarding, daycare, and grooming services; handling busy phone lines; processing payments; scheduling appointments; data entry for new customers; resolving customer complaints; providing tours of the resort; and actively seeking new clients to grow the business.
This role offers a base hourly wage ranging from $13 to $15, complemented by a monthly sales bonus of up to $300, rewarding motivated individuals who excel in sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM and occasional remote work from home on Sundays, answering phones and performing administrative tasks. During peak seasons such as the days before and after major holidays and summer months, availability is essential. Initial training starts part-time and may evolve into a full-time schedule. Candidates must have a dedicated home office space equipped with a desk, computer, and printer for remote duties after training.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of face to face customer service experience
- one year of suggestive selling experience
- two years of reception or administrative work experience
- availability to work between 7am and 6pm and some weekends
- must have a home office with desk, computer, and printer for remote work
- ability to remain calm during stressful times
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
