The Club Staff position at City Sports Club is a vital role that shapes the first impression of the club for all visitors. Working part-time, club staff members serve as the friendly and approachable face of the club, responsible for greeting members and guests, facilitating smooth check-in processes, and updating member account information using a variety of computer applications. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, requiring assertiveness, enthusiasm, punctuality, and a genuine passion for helping others. Staff members also contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of the club through basic cleaning duties.
In addition to main responsibilities, some Club Staff members who have an interest and skill in childcare have the opportunity to work in the Kids Klub, providing babysitting services for the club's younger members. This added responsibility enhances the staff experience and allows those with a passion for working with children to engage more deeply with the club community.
