As a Front Desk Receptionist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include welcoming and greeting patients and visitors both in person and over the telephone. You will answer or appropriately refer inquiries, thereby optimizing patient satisfaction and ensuring efficient use of provider time and treatment rooms. The ability to schedule appointments accurately and thoughtfully is critical to support the smooth operation of our facility.
Additional duties include comforting patients by anticipating their concerns, maintaining the reception area to create a comfortable setting, and managing patient accounts by recording and updating personal and financial information. You will handle the recording and collection of patient charges as well as follow-up on past-due payments, protecting patient rights by maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role also involves responding promptly to patients in distress and emergencies, showcasing your professionalism and commitment to patient care.

Job Requirements

- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
