We utilize the latest dental technologies and techniques to ensure the highest standards of treatment and patient satisfaction. Our office fosters a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement, and teamwork to create a positive experience for both patients and staff.
We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital as the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced dental practice setting. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients warmly, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing communication through phone and email, verifying insurance coverage, assisting with billing, and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Additionally, the receptionist assists with various office administrative tasks such as managing supplies, coordinating referrals, and supporting staff to ensure smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within a medical or dental office. Familiarity with dentistry terminology, treatments, and coding is important, along with proficiency in dental office software such as Dentrix and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients in person and over the phone. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment are also necessary. The role demands a compassionate, patient-centered approach, confidentiality with patient information, a collaborative team spirit, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic career field.
This full-time position offers competitive salary commensurate with experience, health insurance benefits, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional development and training. The working environment is comfortable with occasional interaction with patients of all ages and varying health conditions. If you are a motivated individual seeking a meaningful role within a supportive team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity in our dental practice.
