Job Description
Regen Revolution is a forward-thinking healthcare clinic dedicated to transforming the patient experience through innovative regenerative treatments. Rooted in a mission to optimize how patients look, feel, and function, Regen Revolution is committed to leading Colorado with natural, healthy solutions designed to help individuals regenerate their bodies, unwind the aging process, and embrace a vibrant life. Established with core values centered around alignment, accountability, discipline, inspiration, transparency, being results-oriented, and professionalism, the clinic fosters an environment that prioritizes patient care and meaningful outcomes.
As a full-time Front Desk / Receptionist at Regen Revolution, you will be an integral part of the clinic's daily operations and patient engagement efforts. This role is fundamentally patient-facing, requiring an individual who can manage a highly dynamic environment with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sincere commitment to delivering a remarkable patient experience. Serving as the initial point of contact for patients entering the clinic, this position demands a professional demeanor, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask without compromising the quality of interactions or operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming patients warmly, managing new patient intake processes including paperwork verification and payment collection, and assembling and maintaining patient charts in an accurate, orderly, and compliant manner. You will ensure the patient flow runs smoothly by managing scheduling for new care plans and follow-up appointments, preparing the clinic environment for patient arrivals, and supporting end-of-day resets to set up for success the following day. Handling phone communications—both inbound and outbound—will be a key component, requiring detailed documentation of notes and messages to support care coordination.
Moreover, you will educate patients on the clinic's services and regenerative treatment offerings to enhance understanding and engagement. Collaboration with the broader clinic team is essential, including cross-training opportunities that allow you to support additional administrative or clinical functions approximately 10% of the time. This versatility not only ensures seamless clinic operations but also provides personal growth and development within the role. The position also includes light cleaning, organizing, and general office upkeep to maintain a clean and welcoming environment that aligns with the clinic's professionalism.
Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive independently while appreciating the power of teamwork. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a warm personality, and a capacity to handle the multifaceted demands of a medical reception position in a fast-paced setting are vital. The ability to learn and effectively use internal systems and processes will ensure your success in facilitating patient care and supporting operational goals. Alignment with Regen Revolution’s mission, vision, and core values will enable you to embody the clinic’s culture and help patients feel valued and cared for throughout their visits.
This role offers a starting pay of $23.00 per hour with the stability and consistency of a full-time, on-site position. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, free parking, and employee discounts. This makes it an excellent opportunity for those seeking to grow their career in a professional yet compassionate healthcare environment dedicated to regenerative medicine and patient wellness.
