Your role is crucial in setting the tone for client interactions by providing courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You will manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system, and managing appointments and scheduling. Utilizing your computer literacy, data entry experience, and organizational skills, you will ensure all records, calendars, and front office areas are maintained with accuracy and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will handle administrative responsibilities such as operating the cash register and point-of-sale system, ensuring financial transactions are processed smoothly and accurately. Light cleaning duties will also be required to maintain a tidy and professional environment. Job Requirements

- at least one year of customer service experience
- ability to use Microsoft Office
