Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required

Job Duties

  • Ensure high quality customer service while following all safety protocols
  • Ensure smooth flow of customers through the store
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with company protocol
  • Process and understand managed care plans and obtain insurance document information as needed
  • Provide customers with basic and accurate information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
  • File patient records daily and prepare files for upcoming appointments
  • Check order status and notify customers of order arrivals or delays
  • Maintain reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Participate in mandatory communication meetings
