- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
- Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred
- Strong customer service skills required

Job Duties
- Ensure high quality customer service while following all safety protocols
- Ensure smooth flow of customers through the store
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with company protocol
- Process and understand managed care plans and obtain insurance document information as needed
- Provide customers with basic and accurate information
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
- File patient records daily and prepare files for upcoming appointments
- Check order status and notify customers of order arrivals or delays
- Maintain reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Participate in mandatory communication meetings
