Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- A genuine love for dogs
- Willingness to learn Dogtopia’s systems and culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for dogs and animal welfare
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior is a plus
- Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and communication
Job Duties
- Perform data entry tasks
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with pet parents
- Track relationship and communication with pet parents
- Greet every guest that enters or leaves Dogtopia
- Understand and uphold Dogtopia’s core values
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with company standards
- Manage front desk area to ensure it is neat and organized
- Answer phones, emails, and questions from pet parents
- Proactively handle dogs with ongoing behavior issues
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and review ratings
