Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be physically present in the office unless otherwise noted
- Completion of a job-related assessment during the interview process as required

Job Duties
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective internal and external communications while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
- Proctor admissions and make-up exams in a secure, distraction-free setting
- Gather, organize, and maintain data related to admissions activities and applicant files
- Review and summarize reports to identify trends and keep department leadership informed
- Maintain both electronic and physical files for incoming cohorts, tracking required documentation and following up as needed
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing department meetings and special events
- Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for department leadership
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
