Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to multiple office locations

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and friendly manner
  • Assist patients with paperwork, insurance information, and general inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Handle payments and process billing accurately
