Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some customer service experience
- Experience handling high volume phone calls
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Medical reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Reliable punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Managing incoming calls
