Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with others
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Ability to work scheduled clinic hours including some evenings
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
  • Collect payments and schedule appointments while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Prepare necessary documents for patient care and office management
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients promptly
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication
