Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with others
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to work scheduled clinic hours including some evenings
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
- Collect payments and schedule appointments while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Prepare necessary documents for patient care and office management
- Answer phone calls and assist patients promptly
- Uphold HIPAA compliance ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication
