Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year receptionist experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented with customer service focus

- At least 1 year of receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and EMR systems, preferably Allscripts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Capable of working independently in a high-stress environment
Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors with a smile, providing clear instructions and ensuring comfort
- Handle copay collections, appointment scheduling, paperwork preparation, and reminder phone calls
- Keep patient files accurate and up-to-date
- Answer calls professionally, screen calls, take messages, and address caller needs
- Assist with computer input, typing, scheduling, form preparation, correspondence, and data compilation
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, keeping the reception area clean and orderly
- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the team's success
- Create a positive impression on every patient
