Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles
  • Ability to work full-time including Saturdays
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet clients upon arrival and check them in
  • Provide clients with forms and treatment information
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries for appointment scheduling
  • Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellations
  • Manage client intake forms and update databases
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Promote retail products and special offers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and waiting area
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to communicate client needs and treatment updates
