Job Requirements
- Education or experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a front office or guest service management role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of local Anchorage attractions cultural hotspots and outdoor activities
- Proficiency with property management systems and financial procedures
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Manage the front office ensuring alignment with the Wildbirch Hotel's brand values and delivering impeccable guest service
- Implement efficient processes that meet financial goals
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of room features amenities packages promotions and availability
- Train the front office team to provide consistent product knowledge
- Oversee scheduling budgeting and inventory management
- Follow established financial procedures including cashier functions upgrades cancellations and adjustments
- Regularly inspect the lobby and front entry to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Monitor experiential touchpoints and service quality
- Lead through strong communication and interpersonal skills promoting collaboration and respect
- Coach mentor and develop team members to deliver excellent service
- Collaborate with housekeeping maintenance food and beverage and sales departments
