Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Front Office Manager in daily front office functions
- supervise front office staff including bell/door staff, switchboard, and guest services
- ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
- manage staffing levels to meet operational and financial needs
- communicate business objectives and expectations to employees
- coach and mentor staff to improve service
- oversee adherence to policies and procedures
- support hiring, training, and employee development
- participate in disciplinary and progressive discipline procedures
- maintain open communication within the team
- provide exceptional customer service
- monitor and implement customer recognition/service programs
- supervise daily Front Desk operations
- manage same-day selling procedures to maximize room revenue
- ensure compliance with credit policies
- participate in departmental meetings
- perform Front Desk duties as needed
- run Front Desk shifts whenever necessary
- analyze information to solve problems and update management
