Job Duties
- Has working knowledge of Adesso HOA Rules and Regulations
- monitor the Front Desk, the Lobby, and keep the building secure
- interact with homeowners in a professional manner
- maintain building security by properly logging visitors, packages, and other deliveries
- promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions or concerns
- forward all unresolvable issues to Community Manager
- walk the building daily to assess conditions
