Job Description

Our establishment is a distinguished hotel dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences to every guest that walks through our doors. Located in a vibrant and accessible area, we pride ourselves on delivering a welcoming atmosphere enriched with professional service, modern amenities, and a team committed to excellence. As a hospitality provider, our focus is on creating comfortable, seamless stays where each individual feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. We emphasize a culture of support, inclusivity, and growth, ensuring our team members have every opportunity to succeed both personally and professionally. Our commitment to the guest experience is matched by our dedication to employee satisfaction and career development.

The role of the Front Desk Service Agent is a pivotal position within our team, as you will be the face and first point of contact for guests visiting our property. This position requires a friendly, approachable individual who naturally enjoys engaging with people and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly and professionally, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations efficiently, and responding to various inquiries through phone and email with a knowledgeable and positive demeanor. You will serve as a vital communication link among departments to ensure guests receive consistent and accurate information about our services, policies, and amenities, thereby contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience.

In addition to guest interaction, the Front Desk Service Agent is responsible for administrative duties such as processing payments, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the lobby and front desk areas are tidy and welcoming at all times. The role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Technology skills are important, as you will be using scheduling and booking systems regularly. Our team culture values your ideas, energy, and reliability, and we focus on providing comprehensive training from the start to build your confidence and competence in this role.

This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay with potential bonuses based on performance. We provide an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, paid time off, and generous hotel discounts. Furthermore, we offer flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance, and we are passionate about promoting career growth from within. If you are looking for more than just a job — a place where your role makes a difference and where you can grow and thrive in the hospitality industry — we invite you to join our dynamic and supportive team as a Front Desk Service Agent.
