We are currently looking for a Front-Desk Greeter to join our team at Diventures. This role is critical as the first point of contact for families and individuals visiting our centers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. The Front-Desk Greeter is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing front office operations smoothly and efficiently. This position involves managing student registrations and enrollments using the Jackrabbit point-of-sale system, preparing sign-in/out sheets for classes, giving facility tours, and handling various tasks that contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the center. Candidates in this role should have an upbeat and positive personality, enjoy interacting with both children and parents, and be eager to learn and grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, previous customer service or hospitality experience, and the flexibility to work varied schedules.
