As a Copier Receptionist / Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run efficiently by managing communications, scheduling, and service ticket processing. This position requires an individual who thrives in multitasking environments, demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, and is self-motivated. You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, handling incoming calls professionally, and efficiently dispatching service technicians by prioritizing assignments and aligning schedules with location-based logistics. The role also involves creating and maintaining accurate service records, communicating clear directions and updates to technicians, and collecting meter readings through various communication channels including fax, email, and phone. Furthermore, you will assist with additional administrative tasks and support office staff and management, contributing to a collaborative and well-organized workplace.

This position is ideal for someone with previous receptionist, dispatcher, or office experience who is comfortable using computer systems, telephones, and office software applications. Strong communication skills, an ability to stay calm under pressure, and excellent organizational capabilities are essential. Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently based on priority and location
  • Create, update, and close service tickets accurately
  • Communicate clearly with technicians regarding assignments and schedule changes
  • Collect meter readings for billing through faxing, emailing, calling
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Support office staff and management as needed
