Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- valid driver’s license for occasional errands
- ability to work fully onsite at the front desk
- ability to perform light physical activity including setup and cleanup
- flexibility to work during company events and quarter-end periods
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- highly organized with strong attention to detail
- comfortable multitasking and staying calm in a busy environment
- willing to jump in wherever needed including event setup and cleanup
- strong communication skills in-person and email
- experience in admin, front desk, hospitality, or events preferred
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and employees with a friendly, professional presence
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- support a safe and secure environment by following company protocols
- help keep daily office operations running smoothly
- coordinate and set up food for company town halls, employee birthdays and milestone anniversaries, and quarter-end events
- order, organize, set up, and clean up food and event spaces
- prepare meeting rooms with supplies, materials, and refreshments
- help ensure events run smoothly and feel well thought-out
- assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
- support onboarding and new hire experience
- help with basic office admin such as filing, organizing, and documentation
- provide general support to leadership and team members
