Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • valid driver’s license for occasional errands
  • ability to work fully onsite at the front desk
  • ability to perform light physical activity including setup and cleanup
  • flexibility to work during company events and quarter-end periods

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • comfortable multitasking and staying calm in a busy environment
  • willing to jump in wherever needed including event setup and cleanup
  • strong communication skills in-person and email
  • experience in admin, front desk, hospitality, or events preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and employees with a friendly, professional presence
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • support a safe and secure environment by following company protocols
  • help keep daily office operations running smoothly
  • coordinate and set up food for company town halls, employee birthdays and milestone anniversaries, and quarter-end events
  • order, organize, set up, and clean up food and event spaces
  • prepare meeting rooms with supplies, materials, and refreshments
  • help ensure events run smoothly and feel well thought-out
  • assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • support onboarding and new hire experience
  • help with basic office admin such as filing, organizing, and documentation
  • provide general support to leadership and team members
