Job Duties

  • Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical procedures efficiently
  • Act as a liaison between patients, the neurosurgeon, and other healthcare providers to facilitate clear communication
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational standards
  • Verify insurance coverage, handle authorization processes, and assist patients with billing inquiries
  • Oversee clinic operations, including managing supplies, preparing exam rooms, and organizing the provider's daily calendar
  • Provide administrative support to the neurosurgery team, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Utilize electronic medical records and relevant software to manage clinic documentation and operations
