Job Duties
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical procedures efficiently
- Act as a liaison between patients, the neurosurgeon, and other healthcare providers to facilitate clear communication
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational standards
- Verify insurance coverage, handle authorization processes, and assist patients with billing inquiries
- Oversee clinic operations, including managing supplies, preparing exam rooms, and organizing the provider's daily calendar
- Provide administrative support to the neurosurgery team, ensuring smooth workflow
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize electronic medical records and relevant software to manage clinic documentation and operations
