Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • at least one year of previous sales experience
  • strong phone and computer skills
  • ability to stand or sit for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • weekend availability
  • possess a driven and proactive attitude
  • bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • strong communication skills
  • capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and grow

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent service to members and patients
  • gain memberships to meet sales goals
  • greet members and patients upon arrival
  • check members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
  • answer phone calls
  • re-engage inactive members
  • stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions
  • support and recognize team goals
  • maintain clinic cleanliness and organize workspace
  • confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • keep management informed of member concerns
  • follow managers policies, procedures and direction
  • learn and grow professionally
  • accept constructive criticism positively
  • manage patient flow through the clinic in an organized manner
