Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to multitask and handle inquiries with efficiency
  • proficient in using office equipment and computer software
  • candidates will participate in assessments that are specific to position skillset needs

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • answer multi-line phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • keep the front desk presentable with all necessary materials
  • provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
  • address queries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • balance front desk responsibilities, administrative tasks, and incoming requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness
  • receive letters, packages, and other deliveries
  • record packages in the Package Distribution Tracker
  • ensure timely distribution to the appropriate recipients
  • manage scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • import vendor invoices received via email or retrieved from vendor portals into the document processing system and review them for accuracy and completeness
  • open checks received via mail, verify and calculate totals, and submit them to the Cash Management team for processing
