Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- answer multi-line phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- keep the front desk presentable with all necessary materials
- provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
- address queries and concerns promptly and courteously
- balance front desk responsibilities, administrative tasks, and incoming requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness
- receive letters, packages, and other deliveries
- record packages in the Package Distribution Tracker
- ensure timely distribution to the appropriate recipients
- manage scheduling and coordination of meetings
- import vendor invoices received via email or retrieved from vendor portals into the document processing system and review them for accuracy and completeness
- open checks received via mail, verify and calculate totals, and submit them to the Cash Management team for processing
