Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
  • Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling and providing necessary materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing items for dispatch
  • Perform scanning, filing, and sending of documents to support administrative needs
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately and providing accurate information
  • Assist with concierge-style services, offering support to both internal staff and visitors
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Address inbound inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, both over the phone and in person
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
